Tony brings over 35 years of construction experience to every Longo Management project. Decades in the industry have built him a deep network of trusted subcontractors and trade partners - relationships that translate directly into reliable execution and the ability to navigate challenges quickly when they arise. He oversees projects at a high level while staying actively involved in the field, managing subcontractors, holding quality standards, and keeping work on track. With extensive experience across custom residential construction, renovations, and investment projects, Tony anticipates issues early, makes informed decisions on the spot, and keeps builds moving without unnecessary delays. Hands-on, practical, and direct - Tony is central to how Longo Management executes and how clients experience the build from start to finish.

With over 10 years of construction experience across high-end custom homes, detailed renovations, residential investment projects, and select commercial work, Joe's strength is balancing cost efficiency with quality - executing builds correctly without unnecessary spend. Detail-oriented and hands-on in day-to-day site operations, Joe is who clients rely on to keep projects organized, control costs, and maintain standards through every phase of construction.
